We make every effort to ship out your order on the next working day. Shipping time varies depending on the destination. We will send you an email with tracking number after the shipment leaves our warehouse. In most circumstances, delivery time should be as the following:

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs Office of the destination country. Since the charges vary from time to time, we will notify you about whether we are paying the tax at the checkout page. For further details, please contact your local Customs Office directly.
If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes. Please also note that changes could possibly lead to certain shipping delay.
You can easily track your package once it has been shipped. You will receive an email with tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse. If you need any precise update about your parcel, it would be best to call the courier directly.
We send email with tracking link and number only after confirming that the shipment has left our warehouse. It might take some time for the express courier to recognise the shipment and upload relevant information to the database. If you are still unable to track the shipment after a certain amount of time, contact us and we are happy to help.
We promise to ship out every order in a timely manner. In some occasions, public holidays could lead to slight delays. ORDER & PAYMENT
We accept payments in multiple currencies via American Express, Mastercard, PayPal and Visa.
If you need to change anything about your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we might not be able to make any changes.
Normally, a confirmation email will be sent right after you pay your order successfully. Please ensure a correct email address is entered and double check the spam box. Contact us if you cannot receive any confirmation.
We value our customers’ privacy just as much as you do. Transaction information and your credit card details will be encrypted, and nothing can be examined, used or modified by third parties.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving the order provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charge for any return.
We are vigilant about product quality, but occasionally something might fall through the cracks. If your product is defective or incorrect order is shipped, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping).
To apply for a return, please fill in the return form provided in your package and send it back to the address on the return label via your own choice of courier.
You have 30 days to make a return, starting from the date of receiving the item(s).
Customers are responsible for the shipment including the cost when returning. You can choose your own preferred courier company. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
It takes around 7 business days to process on our end, and credit card refund takes up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
